Hotel Firenze Venice

I stayed at Hotel Firenze for three nights with my sister. The hotel is a true gem in the center of San Marco, making it the perfect place to explore the city. The rooms are smaller but pretty, very clean, and it's very quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The delicious breakfast and rooftop terrace with beautiful city views were definite highlights. The staff, especially Andrea at reception, were incredibly friendly and offered excellent insider tips for exploring the city.

I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from St Mark's Square and close to the Alilaguna boat stop. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day.

The cleaning staff was quite noisy in the morning, which was disruptive and annoying.

Excellent location near San Marco Square and water buses. Quaint room decor with good shower. Friendly staff and wonderful buffet breakfast. Close to churches, cafes, and local restaurants.

During my recent stay, the hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily explore all the attractions Venice has to offer. The proximity to the water bus made getting around easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely deck to enjoy the views. The concierge provided excellent recommendations and helped maximize my sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.

The hotel was conveniently located near the water bus to the airport and the main sights. It was also close to a central location, with access to every place in just minutes. the staff were amazing and helpful.

The breakfast area was quite small and some tables had benches, made it uncomfortable having to sit facing other guests. Another downside was that we could sometimes hear noise from the hallway, a bit disturbing.

There were a few things that could have been better. the bath tub was not as clean as we expected, so we ended up just taking showers.

The continental breakfast had a good variety of options including cereal, cold meats, yogurt, and delicious bread rolls and croissants. We also appreciated the selection of tea and superb coffee. Being just steps away from San Marco made it convenient to explore central Venice.
